An actuator (12) generates force (13) to displace an internal brake plate (11) in a direction of an external wall (7) of the caliper. Internal and external brake disks (4, 5) are integrated in a hub (3). The actuator generates force (14) when the force (13) is generated to displace the caliper in a direction opposite to the displacement of the plate. An elastic element (15) e.g. cup spring, is compressed by the displacement of the caliper provoked by reaction force.</p>
