An apparatus for separating oil from blow-by gas of an engine is provided to reduce the number of parts by simplifying a structure of a spiral elastic plate and to save the manufacturing cost of a product by improving the reliability of parts. An apparatus for separating oil from blow-by gas of an engine comprises a partition(10) formed with a through hole(10a) of blow-by gas. A cover(20) mates to the shape of the through hole to cover the through hole while being spaced apart from the through hole. An elastic member(40) is installed between the partition and the cover to adjust the position of the cover. When pressure of the blow-by gas introduced into an engine is increased, the elastic member allows the cover to be in close contact with the partition. When pressure of the blow-by gas is reduced, the elastic member allows the cover to be spaced apart from the partition.
