DEOXIDATION AGENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A deoxidizer and a preparing method thereof are provided to obtain an aluminum-steel based deoxidizer at room temperature by adding steel balls whose particle size is 1 to 10mm to an aluminum chip. 20 to 70% of steel balls(2) whose particle size is 1 to 10mm are added to an aluminum chip(1). The specific gravity of the deoxidizer is 3.5 to 6g/cm^2. 20 to 70 wt% of the steel balls are mixed into the aluminum chip. The mixture of the steel balls and the aluminum chip is filled in the mold and pressed by a press.
