A gas heater and a dryer equipped with the same are provided to generate an eddy in a gas injected into a combustion space so that the gas is smoothly mixed with outside air. A gas heater(100) includes a cabinet(50), a gas pipe(130), a nozzle, a valve(150), a mixing pipe(120), an ignition plug, and a mixing unit. The gas pipe is installed in the cabinet to supply gas to the inside of the cabinet. The nozzle is installed in the gas pipe. The valve is installed in the gas pipe. The mixing pipe is connected to the nozzle to mix gas with air. The ignition plug is installed at the outside of the mixing pipe to create a flame. The mixing unit is installed in the nozzle to generate an eddy in the gas.
