摘要 An LCD device is provided to reduce a discharge time of a gate off voltage by supplying a gate on voltage to a gate of a thin film transistor based on the variation of a threshold value of the thin film transistor. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device includes a power supply unit(160), a discharge unit(170), and an LCD panel(110). The power supply unit outputs first and second level source voltages according to the supplement of an external power. The discharge unit charges the first level source voltage when the first level source voltage is inputted and outputs the charged first level source voltage as a discharge signal when the second level source voltage is inputted. The LCD panel includes gate discharge lines, plural gate lines connected to the gate discharge lines, plural thin film transistors connected to the gate lines, and liquid crystal capacitors charged a gray display voltage and connected to the thin film transistors. The LCD panel discharges the gray display voltage charged in the liquid crystal capacitors by turning on the thin film transistors when the discharge signal is supplied to the gate discharge lines.
