A feed additive with the enhanced efficiency of grape by-products is provided to enhance the growth of pig, the digestion rate of nutrients, and the quality of pork. A feed additive with the enhanced efficiency of grape by-products is manufactured by adding a by-product of grape to grain; mixing a yeast culture solution to it; and solid-state fermenting/aging the mixture to increase the resveratrol content by 8ppm or more. The yeast culture solution contains 1x10^8 bacteria/kg or more. The solid-state fermenting/aging step includes putting the mixture into a solid-state fermentation device, assorting the mixture for 30min, and keeping it at 30°C for 24hr.
