A cart for a sterilizer of cooking instruments is provided stably stack trays in a tray holder, and facilitate loading of a tray holder with a plurality of trays stacked therein into a sterilizing room of the sterilizer. A cart for a sterilizer of cooking instruments comprises a moving unit(100), a support(200), a tray holder(300), and a locker(140). The moving unit comprises a caster(120) rolled by loads acting on a lever, and a brake system(130) for stopping the caster from rolling. The support, which is height adjustable, has a support projection(210) on an upper side of the moving unit. The tray holder comprises a driving roller on its lower side which is rolled by contacting with an upper side of the support. The locker has a hook(142) rotating forward and backward direction together with a rotary shaft as a handle(141) of the moving unit rotates. A fitting part provided on the tray holder allows the hook of the rocker to be fitted or removed. |
