A PMP(portable multimedia player) having an external camera is provided to receive an image photographed by the camera through an image input part so as to record/photograph the image and to carry out special photographing. A PMP comprises a central control part(140), a memory(150), an image output part(160), an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,170), a key input part(180), an interface part(190), a microphone(200), a microphone input part(210), a voice output part(220), and a speaker(230). The central control part outputs an image signal to the image output part. A camera(120) is formed by using a jack connected with the connection part of a body, and a cable(121) integrated with the connection part of the body. An image input part(130) receives an image photographed by the camera and inputs the image to the central control part.
