A mold for an ice container and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the convenience of users and to make ice containers simply in a short time, by making the ice container as its lower end being coupled with an outer container. A mold for an ice container includes an outer container(10) having an inner surface contacting a lower end of an outer surface of an ice container(1) to be formed, a first mold(20) coupled with an upper end of the outer container and having an inner surface contacting an upper end of the outer surface of the ice container, and a second mold(30) inserted into the first mold and the outer container and having a protrusion part(33) corresponding to the inner surface of the ice container.
