A method for increasing temperature of passing water using waste heat generated during the fermentation of organic waste is provided to recycle the organic waste as an organic fertilizer with good quality by fermenting organic waste with microorganisms, and utilize the hot water as water for heating or bathing by heating cold water to hot water. A method for increasing temperature of passing water using waste heat generated during the fermentation of organic waste comprises: mixing and agitating organic waste(1) such as grass and sawdust with a soil microbe fermenting agent, thereby fermenting the organic waste to generate waste heat with a temperature of 40 to 70 deg.C by the commodity temperature of the fermented organic waste; producing hot water by heating water passing through a pipe(2) branched off a water inflow pipe(3) by the waste heat; and obtaining an organic fertilizer with good quality and collecting the hot water into a hot water pipe(4) such that the hot water can be used for heating purposes. |
