摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# Skin make up or care composition comprises a fatty phase comprising: at least a resin having an average molecular weight of = 10000 g/mol, comprising rosin derivatives and/or hydrocarbon resins; at least a hydrocarbon block copolymer; at least a fatty substance of which the melting temperature is greater than 25[deg] C, comprising wax and pasty fatty substance, where the fatty substance having a melting temperature of greater than 25[deg] C is chosen so that the fatty phase is monophasic transparent or translucent at the temperature of 100?C+- 5?C. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The composition is useful for non-therapeutic treatment, for make up or caring of skin, and to obtain a adequate layer, preferably make up on the skin for brightness (claimed). The composition is useful non-therapeutic treatment of scalp, both face and body, lips or hair, eyelashes, eyebrows and nails. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The composition is comfortable to wear all 30-days. The composition is not migrate into or around the lips or eye such as wrinkles and fine lines, after application and maintaining the low level of migration and allows a uniform deposit on the skin and homogeneous. The composition has good shine property. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Composition: The composition is anhydrous, or comprises water (less than 10 wt.%, preferably less than 4%). The composition does not contain silicone compound, or comprises silicone compound (less than 10 wt.%, preferably less than 4 wt.%). The composition is present in liquid form, and solid form, at room temperature (25[deg] C). The composition has a hardness of greater than 30 g, preferably greater than 60 g. The composition comprises at least a wax and at least a pasty fatty substance as fatty substance of which the melting temperature is greater than 25[deg] C. The composition does not contain volatile oil, or contains less than 5 wt.%, preferably less than 2 wt.% of volatile oil. The composition comprises at least a powdery phase comprising pigments and/or pearls; an aqueous phase; a cosmetic ingredient and at least non-volatile oil. Preferred Components: The resin has an average molecular weight of 250-10000 g/mol, preferably 250-1000 g/mol. The hydrocarbon resin are identical hydrocarbon resins, pentanediene aliphatic resin, resin mixed pentanediene and indene, resin diene of dimer of cyclopentanediene and/or resin diene of dimer of isoprene. The resin is an identical hydrocarbon resin obtained from polymerization of indene monomer and monomer comprising styrene, methylindene and/or methylstyrene. The aqueous phase is present at 3-80 wt.%, preferably 5-60 wt.% of the composition. The cosmetic ingredient comprises antioxidants, perfumes, preservatives, neutralizing agents, surfactants, sunscreens, vitamins, moisturizers, self-tanning compounds, anti-wrinkle agents, emollients, lipophilic or hydrophilic active agents, anti-free radicals, sequestrating agents, deodorants and/or film forming agents. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The identical hydrocarbon is hydrogenated. The resin is: an identical resin comprising indene copolymers/methylstyrene/hydrogenated styrene; an aliphatic resin of pentanediene obtained from polymerization of monomer 1,3-pentanediene (trans or cis-piperylene) and monomer comprising isoprene, butene 2-methyl-2-butene, pentene and/or 1, 4-pentanediene; a resin mixed with pentanediene and indene; a diene resin of dimer of cyclopentanediene obtained form polymerization of monomer comprising indene and styrene, and second monomer comprising dimer of cyclopentanediene; and a diene resin of dimer of isoprene obtained from polymerization of a monomer comprising alpha -pinene, beta -pinene and/or limonene. The resin is present at 0.1-30 wt.%, preferably 0.5-15 wt.% of the composition. The wax is: hydrocarbon waxes; waxes obtained by catalytic hydrogenation of vegetable or animal oils with 8-32 carbon fatty chains; hydrogenated oils coagulated at 25[deg] C; silicone wax; and/or fluorinated wax. The weight ratio of the resin on the hydrocarbon block copolymer is 1:1 to 1:4, preferably 1:1 to 3.5:1. The pasty fatty substance is lanolin and its derivatives; ethers of polyol comprising ethers of pentaerythritol and polyalkylene glycol, ether of fatty alcohol and/or sugar; (non)silicone polymer compound; (non) fluorinated polymer compound; and /or vinyl polymers, preferably liposoluble polyether from polyetherification of diols having 2-100 carbon, preferably 2-50 carbon and/or ester. The fatty substance solid at 25[deg] C are present at 0.1-20 wt.%, preferably 0.5-15 wt.% of the composition. The non-volatile oil is present at 10-90 wt.%, preferably 10-80 wt.% of the composition. The fatty phase of the composition is present at 10-95 wt.%, preferably 15-85 wt.% of the composition. The hydrocarbon block copolymer is: an amorphous copolymer formed by polymerization of ethylene carbide monomers, preferably with one or two ethylenic unsaturations with 2-5 carbon; formed by polymerization of olefin comprising ethylene, propylene, butadiene and isoprene; a copolymer, optionally hydrogenated with styrene block and ethylene/alkylene block having 3-4 carbon; diblock copolymer, optionally hydrogenated of styrene-ethylene/propylene, styrene-ethylene/butadiene, styrene-ethylene/butylene and triblock copolymer, optionally hydrogenated of styrene-ethylene/butadiene-styrene, styrene-butylene/ethylene-styrene of styrene-isoprene-styrene and styrene-butadiene-styrene; and a mixture of copolymer hydrogenated triblock of styrene-butylene/ethylene-styrene and copolymer diblock of styrene-ethylene/butylene. The hydrocarbon block copolymer is present at 0.1-15 wt.%, preferably 1-8 wt.% of the composition. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# Typical composition comprised (in wt.%): octyl-2 dodecyl neopentanoate (20.6); ester of vegetable fatty acid, iso-strearic, glyceryl adipic (7.1); oxide of titanium (treated rutile) alumina/silica/tri-methyolpropane (0.2); red lithol B calcium salt (0.45); brilliant blue aluminum on alumina laquer (0.2); blue, yellow iron oxide (0.95); ethylene homopolymer (4.92); styrene copolymer/methyl styrene/indene hydrogen (15); mixture of linear long chain fatty alcohol having 30-50 carbon and hydrocarbon having same number of carbon (80/20) (0.5); polyethylene wax (5.88); aluminum liquor of tartrazine on aluminum (0.85); mica-titanium oxide (59/41) (2.8); mica-titanium oxide (52/48) (1); mica-titanium oxide (60/40) (0.5); styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene block copolymer (7.5); and hydrogenated polyisobutene (25).
