<p>An adjusting device of a serrated cutter blade is provided to replace and adjust cutters in a short time and increase a life span of the cutters by driving shafts of the cutter blades with clutch gears and adjusting the cutter blades with handles. An adjusting device of a serrated cutter blade includes the followings: a screw jack handle and a cutter adjusting handle installed at a serrated body; a worm screw(22) connected to the cutter adjusting handle and meshed with a worm gear(20); an operating clutch gear(17) installed at a front of a lower shaft(15) and formed with an inclined surface at a rear portion; a driven clutch gear(18) installed at a rear of the lower shaft and formed with an inclined surface at a front portion, to contact to the inclined surface of the operating clutch gear; an upper gear(19) meshed with the driven clutch gear and coupled with an upper shaft(16); a blade of a lower cutter(24) attached to the lower shaft; a blade of an upper cutter(25) attached to the upper shaft; and a screw jack installed at an upper part of the serrated body, to adjust the cutter up and down precisely.</p> |
