METHOD OF PENIS INTRA-CAVERNOUS PROSTHETICS

FIELD: medicine; urology. ^ SUBSTANCE: albuginea is longitudinal sectioned. Cavernous body is bougienaged, and endoprosthesis is introduced. For this purpose monolithic bio-inert endoprosthesis made of high-pressure polyethylene is used. Endoprosthesis is introduced through section along penis trunk from its base in distal direction to cephalate part of cavernous body. Achieved penis trunk condition is secured by fixation of endoprosthesis to albuginea and auxiliary suture narrowing cavernous body proximally from endoprosthesis end. Patients suffering from Peyronie's disease with preserved autologous erection are introduced with one endoprothesis. In case of evident erection disorder or its absence endoprosthesis of length 1/2-1/3 less of base prosthesis is additionally introduced to opposite cavernous body. ^ EFFECT: provides simultaneous penis extension; prevents urethra perforation; provides axial stability of penis and reliable prosthesis fixation; operation is low-traumatic; easy to perform; surely provides sexual satisfaction. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex, 3 cl
