PEPTIDE NUCLEIC ACIDS CONJUGATED WITH MULTI-AMINE LINKERS AND NUCLEIC ACID DETECTING DEVICE USING THE SAME

Peptide nucleic acids(PNAs) conjugated with multi-amine linkers are provided to improve sensitivity and specificity to the signal for detecting target nucleic acid nucleotide sequence as compared with those of PNA with one amine linker, so that the PNA immobilized to a solid is useful in PNA microarray, PNA chip, PNA field effect transistor and impedance detector. A peptide nucleic acid conjugated with multi-amine linkers is represented by the formula(1), wherein Z is PNA oligomer having 8-30 nucleic acid bases, of which amine(N) terminal is conjugated with A; A is a chemical bond; D is alkylene having carbon number of 8-200 in which carbon of alkylene is optionally substituted by at least one selected from nitrogen, oxygen and carbonyl; L1, L2 and L3 are each independently a chemical bond or alkylene having carbon number of 1-10 in which carbon of alkylene is optionally substituted by oxygen; X is CH or N; and m is an integer from 2 to 10, and n is 0 or 1.
