PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lamplights correcting such a deficiency that illuminance and visibility are significantly deteriorated by snow accretion to a light device in snow fall because a heat quantity is reduced in a light-emitting portion owing to a power-saving lighting device discharge system or an HID and a LED developed in recent years. SOLUTION: In plastic portions of the lamplights, transparent film heater systems are installed in portions A, B, C, and J in FIG. 10, or a heating conductor is installed in a casing and a translucent case, which are made to have a layered structure, or the heating conductor is fixed in the casing and translucent case in appropriate fixation.
