摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drop discharging device by which film thickness uniformity of a film pattern formed by discharging liquid drops is enhanced and to provide an electrooptical device. SOLUTION: A control part regulates dot pattern gratings partitioned for every state along a scanning direction of a discharge surface and maps each grating of the dot pattern gratings to discharge or non-discharge. The control part regulates "1" to gratings corresponding to (3n+1)th nozzles (blocks) and "0" to other gratings in each grating having a state of (3m+1). The control part regulates "1" to gratings corresponding to (3n+2)th nozzles (blocks) and "0" to other gratings in each grating having a state of (3m+2).
