A device for evaporating condensed water in a refrigerator is provided to increase the space utilization in a mechanical chamber and to evaporate condensed water by forced convection of air of high temperature generated in the mechanical chamber. A device for evaporating condensed water in a refrigerator(10) includes a mechanical chamber(20) formed at a lower part of the refrigerator and mounted with a compressor and a condenser inside, an evaporating dish(40) mounted outside the mechanical chamber and collecting condensed water from an evaporator, a fan(23) mounted in the mechanical chamber for blowing air from the mechanical chamber to the evaporator dish, and a communication part(24) for communicating the mechanical chamber to the evaporating dish.
