<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical switch capable of reducing coupling loss in an output port. <P>SOLUTION: The optical switch 100 includes: a plurality of ports 110 that diffuse and emit input light or that output light converged and entered; a plurality of lenses 120 that correspond to each of the plurality of ports 110 and that are installed at a position for collimating the diffused light emitted from the corresponding ports; lens 130 installed at a position for converging each light collimated by the lenses 120; and a mirror 140 that performs optical path conversion by reflecting each light converged by the lens 130, with the angle varied relative to the lens 130. The lenses 120 are each installed by adjusting the position for the optical axis of the diffused light to pass through the lenses 120, in accordance with a positional relation between the position for the optical axis of the collimated light to pass through the lens 130 and the position of the core 130a of the lens 130. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
