A method of error concealment includes: a transmitter divides the received video compressed data into slice frames, distributes the adjacent slice frames to the nonadjacent OFDM sub-channel or sub-channel groups, and sends the each slice frame to a receiver. The receiver detects an error occurred in a certain slice frame, then conceals the error in the slice frame based on the slice frames correlated with this slice frame on time or space; A system of error concealment is also provided, and the system includes: a transmitter and a receiver; A transmitter is also provided and includes: a slice dividing module and a frequency-domain interlacing module; Furthermore, a receiver is provided and includes: a frequency-domain de-interlacing module, a decompressing and error detecting module and an error concealment module. It is able to greatly reduce the error simultaneous occurring probability of the adjacent slice frames by the embodiment of this invention and sequentially greatly enhance the error concealment efficiency; Furthermore, it can greatly reduce the probability of the slice frames error are simultaneously occurred on the same position of the adjacent video frame.
