<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a putter allowing a user to swing in a target direction accurately at the instance when hitting a ball by providing a transverse grip. <P>SOLUTION: The hands of the user grip the grip vertically and horizontally due to the vertical grip 3 provided on the extension of the shaft 1 of the putter 5 and the transverse grip 4 provided above the vertical grip 3 and the user can swing the putter accurately like a pendulum without shaking when hitting a ball.
