PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet for controlling an illumination optical path in a backlight unit for a display, capable of reducing the number of manufacturing processes or using existing manufacturing processes, without causing the brightness of illumination light to deteriorate in the backlight unit for the display by satisfying designed light distribution characteristics. SOLUTION: The optical sheet includes a light-scattering sheet, comprising a light scattering layer 2 having a stripe-like concave-convex structure on an emission face side by scattering at least incident light to the emitting face side that a non-incident face side and a white layer 3 provided on the convex of the stripe-like concave-convex structure; and a transparent sheet 1 for arranging a plurality of unit lenses on a transparent support, in an order starting from the incident side of the illumination light. The optical sheet has a structure in which the emitting face side of the light-scattering sheet and the rear side of a face arranging the unit lens of the transparent support of the transparent sheet are jointed by a jointing body 4 comprising an adhesive or a binder.
