PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a hinge device enabling to freely fix an object to be fixed onto a curved surface in a rotatable manner while using one magnet for fixing one object to be fixed including the magnet at the end onto the plurality of faces with the magnets joined to each other. SOLUTION: The fixing device comprises a container 20 in which the magnet 30 is enclosed and which is provided at the end of one object to be fixed 11, wherein the other object to be fixed 10 including the magnet at the end can be fixed to the surface of the container. When the object to be fixed including the magnet at the end is moved closer to a site on the surface of the container, the internal magnet is moved and rotated, and then pulled to the inside face of the container at the site to join an N-pole to an S-pole, whereby the object to be fixed is fixed to the surface of the container with increased friction force between the object to be fixed and the surface of the container due to the attraction of the magnets to each other. When the surface of the container is curve-shaped, the magnet can be freely moved and rotated in the container and so the object to be fixed can be rotated as it remains adhered to the surface of the container in a tangent-vector direction relative to the center of curvature at the site where the object to be fixed is fixed.
