PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is necessary to make current flow to an exciting coil 41 of the electromagnet 4 as little as possible for extending life of a battery and that an armature 33 can not be attracted to the electromagnet 4 with low electromagnetic force and an motor safety valve 1 can not be opened when contaminant is caught between an upper surface 33a of the armature 33 and a magnetic pole 4a when using battries as a power source in the motor safety valve 1 opening a valve port 23 by attracting the armature 33 by the electromagnet 4 and pulling up a valve element 3 connected to the armature 33.
