An engine cover structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent a cylinder head cover from being subject to thermal damage by effectively cooling an exhaust manifold using outside air. An engine cover structure of a vehicle comprises a cover body(2a) mounted on a cylinder head cover(1), an outside air blocking flange(2d), and a temperature-keeping member accommodated between the outside air blocking flange and the cylinder head cover. The outside air blocking flange is bent downward by a predetermined angle such that the outside air blocking flange blocks a front surface of a blow-by gas passage formed in the cylinder head cover. An outside air guide flange(2b) extends along an outer periphery of the cover body.
