PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device of an electromagnetic induction heating system which restrains an insulation defect between stacked coils without reducing the positioning accuracy of the coil. SOLUTION: The fixing device 100 is equipped with an exciting coil 31 and a demagnetizing coil 34, and the demagnetizing coil 34 is superposed and stacked on the exciting coil 31. The exciting coil 31 is fixedly arranged on a coil bobbin 33, and wound round ribs 36, 37 and 38 equipped with a coil positioning function. The demagnetizing coil 34 is wound round the ribs 36 and 37. Insulating paper 91 is interposed between the exciting coil 31 and the demagnetizing coil 34. A flange part 912 bent to the demagnetizing coil 34 side is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the insulating paper 91 and covers over the side surface on the inner circumference side of the demagnetizing coil 34.
