PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple means capable of reducing an isochronous error in a non-regulator type oscillating system for a timepiece. SOLUTION: The system includes a balance spring 1' having: an inner fixed end 4 connected to a balance staff by a collet 2; and an outer fixed end 14 connected to a balance spring stud 6 as a holding element. An end region of the balance spring 1' in proximity to the holding element can be disposed so as to be assembled in a plane perpendicular to the balance staff. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
