PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a hollow-fiber membrane module that causes less bias of the hollow-fiber membrane and prevents a leakage in the portion fixed with a resin, and a spreading device for a hollow-fiber membrane bundle that prevents the hollow-fiber membrane from being biased. SOLUTION: Provided is the manufacturing method for a hollow-fiber membrane module by putting a hollow-fiber membrane bundle 32 into a case and fixing the hollow-fiber membrane bundle 32 with a fixing resin, the manufacturing method for a hollow-fiber membrane module being conducted by spraying a gas processed with corona discharge onto the hollow-fiber membrane bundle 32 before the hollow-fiber membrane bundle 32 is put into the case. The spreading device 50 for the hollow-fiber membrane bundle is equipped with a conveying means (winding device 51) for conveying the hollow-fiber membrane bundle 32 collecting hollow-fiber membranes, a gas-processing means for processing the gas with corona discharge and a gas-spraying means (nozzle 54) for spraying the gas processed with corona discharge onto the hollow-fiber membrane bundle 32 during conveying.
