PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing a device environment and a device using the same. SOLUTION: A device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a vibrating section for vibrating the device, a sensing section for sensing a vibration pattern of the device, and a determining section for determining the type of environment of the device in accordance with the vibration pattern sensed by the sensing section.
