PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reproduction processing of a video image and the like by recording first information and second information in predetermined regions, respectively. SOLUTION: In reproduction of contents, first information and second information are acquired (ST206-1 to ST206-3) from information memory means, in which the first information for identifying a flame rate of recorded source video image and second information about qualification of the frame rate at the time of display generation of the source video image are recorded in predetermined regions, respectively.
