PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic jack device which contributes to shortening of construction hours, and exerts high safety. SOLUTION: The hydraulic jack device (10) is formed of a flat pipe (1) having an internal cavity (11), an inlet pipe (2) watertightly connected to one end (1a) of the flat pipe (1), an outlet pipe (5) connected to the other end (1b) of the flat pipe (1), and a sealing plug (6) watertightly and detachably fixed to the outlet pipe (5). The hydraulic jack device is embedded in a concrete building after injection of liquid (4) into the internal cavity (11) of the flat pipe (1). Herein the liquid (4) is injected from the inlet pipe (2) into the internal cavity (11) of the flat pipe (1), and air in the internal cavity (11) is quickly discharged from the outlet pipe (5) by the injection of the liquid (4), followed by watertightly fixing the sealing plug (6) to the outlet pipe (5). As a result, the air in the internal cavity (11) can be completely discharged, and the outlet pipe (5) need not be blocked in the construction field. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
