PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-liquid separating apparatus usable without depending on individual capability. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a cylindrical member 12 and an outer casing 11. The bottom 121 of the cylindrical member 12 is cancellate. The outer casing 11 has a tapered form. The inner part of the outer casing 11 is contactable with the bottom of the cylindrical member 12. A mixed liquid of a first liquid B and a second liquid A is poured in through the upper opening of the cylindrical member 12 with the cylindrical member 12 inserted in the outer casing 11. Letting stand for a while, the first liquid B and the second liquid A are separated into the under first liquid B and the upper second liquid A. The upper second liquid A is sucked by inserting a suction nozzle from over the opening of the cylindrical member 12. Here, the bottom 121 of the cylindrical member 12 is disposed just at the position corresponding to the interface between the first liquid B and the second liquid A.
