<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing soybean ice cream-like food, capable of giving thick feeling peculiar to a dairy product, like feeling obtained through including or processing milk, to soybean ice cream-like food which is free from soybean smell, has excellent palate feeling, richly contains soybean fiber, and is excellent in nutritive value. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the soybean ice cream-like food comprises using soybean ingredients which comprise soybean protein and deodorized soybean.
