PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method which enables the formation of a color image with high quality and less bleeding at any time irrespective of a recording medium and ink used therein, and an inkjet recorder. SOLUTION: This inkjet recording method is one for printing a color image by ejecting inks in a plurality of colors on a recording medium. In the method, at least one time of operation of drying ink on a recording medium during a time period from when an ink in a color firstly ejected adheres to the recording medium until an ink in a color lastly ejected adheres to the recording medium. In this inkjet recorder, a plurality of recording heads 101 for ejecting inks are arranged in a scanning direction, and at least one drying means 102 is provided between the recording head 101C containing the ink in the color which is to be firstly ejected and the recording head 101K containing the ink in the color which is to be lastly ejected in the plurality of recording heads.
