PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor plate for wiring, inexpensively manufactured, and reducing collision sound due to looseness. SOLUTION: A first floor plate 1 as a floor plate for wiring includes: a floor plate body 1a formed of combustible material; and fire-proof paper 1c covering the lower surface 1b of the floor plate body 1a so that the floor plate body 1a is not exposed to wiring space 4.
