PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitutionally disable the detachment of a guide rail from the external side for guiding the movement of an opening/closing body of a building opening/closing device. SOLUTION: This guide rail for guiding the movement of both side portions of the opening/closing body comprises a rail body and a bed material. In the rail body and the bed material, a fitting portion, which is formed on one side, is slide-fitted into a portion to be fitted, which is formed on the other side, from the side of a skeleton opening. On the side of a guide groove opening, a bed material-side fixing piece protruding from the side of the bed material, and a rail-side fixing piece protruding from the side of the rail body are assembled from the side of the guide groove opening by means of a fixing screw. In an assembled state, the fitting portion and the portion to be fitted are kept in a fitted state in a state in which both ends of the opening/closing body abut on the bottoms of the guide rails facing them by moving one guide rail to the side of the other guide rail, respectively.
