PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelf device capable of adjusting the height stably and easily. SOLUTION: The shelf device S is composed of a bracket 31 attached to a vertically raised posts 28, and shelves 32 are laid on the bracket 31. The shelf device S includes slots 30 formed in the post 28 and extending in the vertical direction, an engagement part 45 formed at the rear end of the bracket 31 to be engaged with the slot 30 in such a way as movable in the vertical direction, and a holder part 46 detachably attached to the post 28. The bracket 31 is held at the post in such a way as movable in the vertical direction while engagement pawls 47 of the holder part 46 are not attached to the post 28.
