<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output management system capable of performing appropriate management of security even if two or more kinds of output devices different in security level are used within the output device system. <P>SOLUTION: In the output management system including two or more kinds of output devices (for example, printers 12-15), a data processor 11 which generates print data and transmits it to any one of the printers includes a determination part 28 for comparing a data security level set and added to the print data as attribute data with a device security level set to the printer concerned, and permits printing only when the device security level is higher than the data security level, so that when a printer with security level lower than the data security level of the print data is designated, the printing is not permitted.
