<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image collation device capable of reducing a data amount to be transmitted and suppressing an operation load. <P>SOLUTION: The image collation device is provided with an image input part 2 for inputting first image information and second image information to be a comparison target, a first collating part 3 for calculating the positional deviation amount of a pixel level between the first image information and the second image information according to hardware processing, a second collating part 4 for calculating the positional deviation amount of a subpixel level between the first image information and the second image information according to software processing, and an operation processing part 5 for collating the first image information with the second image information on the basis of the positional deviation amount of the pixel level and the positional deviation amount of the subpixel level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
