One (4) of two transverse stretchers (3,4) is split lengthwise and assembled from two dished elements (5/6,18/19), which form bearing-retainer sections (7-10,20/21) opposite each other, between which there is a bearing for a wheel radius arm. The two-dish design of one transverse stretcher makes it possible to have a proportionately large margin of design for arrangement of sections holding bearings.
