摘要 <p>The device (10) for thermal decomposition of dry urea (12) to ammonia and thermolysis product, comprises a thermolysis reactor (14) having a heating unit (16) and an air gap isolation, a feeding device (20) subjectable with a conveying fluid for supplying the dry urea to the heating unit and having a fluid exhausting device (34) for discharging a part of the conveying fluid from the feeding device before entering the conveying fluid into the heating device and a conveying line. The thermolysis reactor is formed in an area of the heating unit. The device (10) for thermal decomposition of dry urea (12) to ammonia and thermolysis product, comprises a thermolysis reactor (14) having a heating unit (16) and an air gap isolator, a feeding device (20) subjectable with a conveying fluid for supplying the dry urea to the heating unit and having a fluid exhausting device (34) for discharging a part of the conveying fluid from the feeding device before entering the conveying fluid into the heating device, and a conveying line in which the exhausting device is formed by a recess. The thermolysis reactor is formed in an area of the heating unit. The recess is connected with a bypass pipeline for directing the conveying fluid to the heating unit and is formed as air-permeable metal fabric in the conveying line. The bypass pipeline has a lower flow resistance than the thermolysis reactor. The conveying line is spatially arranged to the heating unit and/or the device and has an outlet opening for discharging the fluid. The feeding device and the exhausting device are formed, so that the dry urea in a section is directly moved by its kinetic energy before entering into the heating unit. The conveying line in the section has a curved form for directing flow guidance of the conveying air above the recess or the outlet opening. The exhausting device is arranged in the section of the conveying line, in which the flow guidance takes place. A hydrolysis device is arranged downstream to the device in the outlet direction for converting the part of the thermolysis product into ammonia. The exhausting device is connected with the bypass pipeline for directing the conveying fluid to the heating unit. The bypass pipeline leads to an area that is arranged in an outlet direction behind the hydrolysis reactor.</p>
