<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process and an apparatus for manufacturing laminates continuously with a high productivity at a low cost which are excellent in molderbility, heat resistance, thermal expansion and flame retardance and has little variations such as warping. <P>SOLUTION: Sheet-like fibrous base material 2 is conveyed, while pre-heated in a pre-heater 6, from a sheet-like fibrous base material feeder 1 in the vertical direction with a feed roll. Metal foil 4 having an adhesive resin layer is fed from a metallic foil feeder 3 with a feed roll. Sheet-like fibrous base material 2 and metal foil 4 having an adhesive resin layer are thermal compression-molded by being passed between lamination rolls 5 the surfaces of which are composed of an elastic material. The molded laminate is cooled to a predetermined temperature with a cooling roll 7 and wound on winding roll 8. These steps are carried out under a reduced pressure. The set of the apparatus is installed in a vacuum box, preferably, placed on a dolly 10. Thus, the laminates are continuously manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
