PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft start circuit in which rising gradients of a plurality of output voltages are made constant, and areas of a charging circuit and a capacitor are reduced, and which can be accommodated in an integrated circuit, and an integrated circuit device equipped with the soft start circuit. SOLUTION: The soft start circuit 50 comprises a plurality of output terminals Vout1 to Voutn, and outputs different voltages from the plurality of output terminals Vout1 to Voutn. The soft start circuit also comprises: the charging circuit 10 which feeds a current to one capacitor element C1 from one current source I1, and obtains a charging voltage; a reference voltage generation circuit 80 which generates a reference voltage; a voltage divider circuit 20 which divides the voltage generated by the reference voltage generation circuit 80 into a plurality of voltages, and feeds the plurality of voltages; and comparison switching means 31, 32, 33 and 34 each of which inputs the charging voltage and one of the plurality of voltages as a comparison voltage, and selectively outputs either the charging voltage or the comparison voltage to the output terminal.
