PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a structure of an entire piezoelectric oscillator is made tall because the piezoelectric oscillator is constituted by connecting a container body having a piezoelectric resonance element stored therein, to an upper face of a substrate having an integrated circuit element mounted thereon. SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric oscillator, projecting parts 44 are formed on lead parts 41 for use in electrical and mechanical connection between a piezoelectric resonance element and the integrated circuit element 50, out of a plurality of lead parts 41 electrically and mechanically collected to connection pads formed on one principal surface of the integrated circuit element 50 and project toward electrode terminals 12 for lead connection when combining the piezoelectric vibrator part and the integrated circuit element 50 one over the other and have shapes having height dimensions longer than thickness dimensions of the integrated circuit element 50, and the projecting parts 44 and the electrode terminals 12 for lead connection of the piezoelectric vibrator part are made conductive to each other by bonding with a conductive cement 60, whereby the piezoelectric vibrator part and the integrated circuit element 50 are made into one integrated structure.
