<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting contract management capable of utilizing effectively and functionally data in a patent contract or the like. <P>SOLUTION: When a contract such as a patent contract is concluded between companies, a contract content is registered into a contract content database. When income and expenditure of money occur in the contract, income/expenditure data are registered into an income/expenditure database in association with the data in the contract content. A related document for the contract such as a memorandum is stored in a contract-related document database as image data or the like. When use of the system is permitted, a user can browse contents of the contract content database, the income/expenditure database and the contract related document database within a range of a given access authority. Since the contract is centrally managed, results such as income/expenditure of the whole company or income/expenditure of each business department resulting from the contract can be calculated easily as statistical data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
