PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the influence on a pressing process from the instability of a peeling position in a lamination device which peels a separate sheet from a web with the separate sheet stuck temporarily on a protective film by a peeling roller and sticks the protective film on the surface of a substrate to be treated by pressing rollers. SOLUTION: A peeling mechanism is composed of the peeling roller 6 and a guide roller 8. A position where the web 2 from a feed roller 5 is wound by a section corresponding to a central angleϕaround the peeling roller 6 is made a reference peeling position. The separate sheet 4 is wound onto a take-up roller 7 via the guide roller 8 with the common inscribed line of the rollers 6 and 8 made a route, and the protective film 3 is supplied to the pressing rollers 17 and 18. The central angleϕis arranged to be within a range of 5-25°corresponding to the change of the diameter of the feed roller 5 side. The arrangement relation of the rollers is set to make a central angleαat least 50°corresponding to a winding section in relation to the peeling roller 6 of the protective film 3.
