PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user information delivery apparatus that improves the reliability of user information and reduces man-hour required for application expansion. SOLUTION: The user information delivery apparatus 3 comprises a user information acquisition part 31 for acquiring regularly or irregularly updated user information and storing it in a storage device (for example, DB server 4), and a user information delivery part 33 for searching the storage device (for example, DB server 4) by referring to a delivery condition table 320 in which conditions for the delivery of updated user information are set and registered in advance for each application program, to extract corresponding user information, and delivering it to a destination application execution apparatus 1.
