PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure type penis dilation/hardening device and penis dilation/hardening retainer being used with no pain and capable of securing the airtight state inside a cylinder. SOLUTION: The opening end 31b of the cylinder 3 is mounted with an airtight member 10 to secure the airtight state inside the cylinder. The airtight member 10 has a first ring part 11 internally fitted to the cylinder 3, a second ring part 12 externally attached to the opening end 31b and a thin film seal part 14. A retainer 20 is mounted on the outer circumferential face of the opening end 31b. The retainer 20 is formed of a gel member and has a ring part 21, and a winding guide plate 22 internally attached to the ring part 21. The winding guide plate 22 is formed with a plurality of guide grooves 24 and is sequentially wound by extending the ring part 21 to the respective guide grooves 24. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
