摘要 <p>Disclosed is an optical compensation film with excellent productivity, which has few alignment defects in an optically anisotropic layer. This optical compensation film exhibits excellent wet heat durability in adhesion between a support and an optically anisotropic layer. Also disclosed are a method for producing an optical compensation film, a polarizing plate, and a liquid crystal display. Specifically disclosed is an optical compensation film wherein an intermediate layer and an optically anisotropic layer are arranged in this order on a transparent support. This optical compensation film is characterized in that the intermediate layer is composed of a cured product of a urethane acrylate oligomer or an acrylate oligomer, and the optically anisotropic layer is composed of a layer wherein the alignment of a substantially vertically aligned calamitic liquid crystal is fixed.</p>
