<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic bumper which facilitates forming work thereof, and is easily applicable to a core pole having a different external shape, and to provide an elastic bumper forming method. <P>SOLUTION: The elastic bumper is formed through simple work by winding a band-shaped elastic body 4 on the core pole 3 to form a buffer layer 1 at least near a lower end of the core pole 3, and putting an external shell 2 on the buffer layer 1. Herein by superposing the band-shaped elastic body (bodies) 4 on the core pole in a single layer or multiple layers, the thickness of the buffer layer 1 can be easily set, and therefore the elastic bumper is easily applicable to the core pole 3 of a different external shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
