An adhesive sheet for a capacitor and a method for manufacturing a printed circuit board having an embedded capacitor using the same are provided to miniaturize the capacitor by reducing a distance between electrodes. An adhesive sheet for a capacitor includes a dielectric layer(1) having both adhesive sides, and adhesive resin layers(2,3). The capacitor is formed by adhering an electrode on both sides of the dielectric layer. The capacitor is embedded to a print distribution plate. The dielectric layer has a high dielectric constant, and is configured by a material of which a float is not generated with a realistic thickness change at a pressure and a temperature of a press process for adhering the electrode to the dielectric layer. The contact resin layers have the float for filling a circumference of the electrode in the press process. The adhesive resin layers are arranged on both sides of the dielectric layer. |
